MANUFACTURING  EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES

Firstech's  manufacturing equipment was 100% imported as new equipment from the USA. Our manufacturing processes and technologies also came from a leading halogen lamp manufacturer in the USA. For instance, Firstech has a state-of-the art automatic press-sealing machine -- this  guarantees the quality of our seals with the filament mounts to the hard glass. Our gas mixing and exhaust systems use a customized gas mixing process combined with a computer-controlled clean, fill, and sealing process. Our aluminizing workstations use a vacuum technology that consistently produces lamps, which meet our specifications  for uniformity and thickness of coating. The semi-automatic assembling line includes semi-automatic capsule cementing machines and an automatic lens bonding system.

Firstech manufactures halogen lamps, which have the characteristics, demanded by our customers long life, high lumens (exceed EPACT92 standards of United States) and consistent light output distribution.
